.This Walk with Ease program is sponsored by the San Francisco Department of Aging and Adult Services (DAAS) with Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) funding. The Walk with Ease (WWE) Program (“Program”) was developed by Arthritis Foundation. Each Program consists of an 18-session class. Each session is 45-105 minutes and meets three times a week for 6 weeks. Each class must be instructed by a WWE certified leader. As such, implementation of the Program must comply with the WWE program standards.

Another year, another Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention Train-the-Trainer Workshop! On April 22 & 23, 2017, Master Trainer Robin Malby, along with her assistants Terry Crews and Hong Yang, returned to teach our qualified group, many of whom are activity leaders from different Community Based Organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am happy to congratulate and welcome these seventeen newly certified instructors -- so glad to have you join our growing team!
